Y.S.R. Shiu is the operations manager. He holds a Master Degree in Finance and Investments, and is a professional Certified General Accountant (CGA) for many years. He has more than 20 years of extensive experience in public practice, accounting and financial management. He has held controller positions with many sizable companies in the sectors of manufacturing, services and trading. Y.S.R. Shiu is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in the United Kingdom and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA) in Hong Kong.

Kittie Ying is responsible for business website design and development, e-commerce solution, and technology support. Kittie has a Bachelor of Science Degree with honors in Computer Science and has been in the Information Technology (IT) industry for more than 10 years. She adapts to new technologies and environments quickly, and has proven expertise in the IT industry.
